Swiftpro K65 – Features & Benefits

Enhanced Security: The Swiftpro K65 places great emphasis on data security. The patented security erase function encrypts personal information on the ribbon so it cannot be reconstructed. Additionally, sublimation UV printing with 256 grayscale levels provides an additional security layer. Support for IPSec enables network encryption according to IPv4/IPv6 standards to protect sensitive data.

HD Printing: Thanks to a true resolution of 600 dpi in the retransfer printing process, the K65 delivers razor-sharp, photorealistic results with finest details – ideal for demanding applications.

Full-Color Printing: With thermal sublimation retransfer technology, the K65 enables single and double-sided full-color printing with 256 gradations per pixel. This enables vibrant card layouts with text, photos, logos, and 1D and 2D barcodes in highest quality.

Durability and Protection: The Swiftpro K65 offers an integrated overcoat function that applies an additional protective layer to the card. In combination with the optional lamination module L10/L10D, lamination with patch/overlay is also possible. The Inline Bend Remedy function prevents deformation during the printing process.

High Print Speed: In Fast Mode, up to 150 cards per hour can be produced (approximately 25 seconds per card) – ideal for medium to high-volume applications.

Efficient Card Creation: The K65 comes standard with an input and output tray for 120 cards. For companies with higher throughput, an optional 250-card magazine is available.

Wide Card Variety: Supports cards according to ISO 7810 CR80 ID-1 format with thicknesses from 10–40 mil (0.25–1.00 mm). Compatible with various materials such as PVC, PC, PET, PET-G as well as contact or contactless chip cards with/without magnetic stripe.

Encoding Options: Optionally available:

• Magnetic stripe encoder (LoCo/HiCo, ISO-compliant)
• Contactless smart card encoder (Omnikey 5022CL: iClass, MIFARE, DESFire, Felica)
• Contact chip encoder (e.g., CF-7CRW, CF-7CCS)

These encoders can be directly integrated into the device and combined with laminator modules.

User-Friendly Design: An electronic locking system protects ribbon, film, and card magazine. The large, multilingual color display (including German & English) and intuitive operation ensure maximum user comfort. Supported systems:

• Microsoft® Windows® 11, 10, Server 2016–2022
• Optionally also Mac and Linux (via third-party software)

Warranty and Support: The Swiftpro K65 comes with a 36-month printer warranty. Additionally, there’s a lifetime warranty on the print head (excluding mechanical damage).
