Description
The LUCA-40KM Retransfer printer represents the next development stage of enhanced card printing technology. This technology is suitable for full-surface over-the-edge printing and improved reliability.
As such, the process is ideal for a large number of card types. The LUCA 40KM guarantees an excellent 600 DPI print quality, comfortable, fast, and very reliable. First, the image will be printed onto a retransfer film, then the image will be automatically transferred from the carrier film onto the card surface. This technology enables full-face edge-to-edge printing that comes close to the quality of an offset printing machine.

We typically add a cardPresso XXS software free-of charge to every printer we sell. Additional Software Upgrades (enhanced functions) are charged. Consumables i.e. Color Ribbons are not included and need to be purchased together with the printer; If customer buy a Starter-Set then we incliude Software, cards and color ribbons.
