We use UPS and DHL Express and usually ship items within 1 business day upon receiving the payment. All shipments are processed through our warehouse in Solingen, Germany. If you don’t hear from us about the shipment (within 7 days), please contact us.

You can use cardPresso XXS as it work with all our card printers.

We typically add a cardPresso XXS software free-of charge to every printer we sell. Additional Software Upgrades (enhanced functions) are charged. Consumables i.e. Color Ribbons are not included and need to be purchased together with the printer; If customer buy a Starter-Set then we incliude Software, cards and color ribbons.
